DM First Withdrawal Pending 2026: Why It's Stuck and How to Fix
Last updated: 27 September 2026 | Reading time: 9 minutes
You submitted a withdrawal. The app said "request submitted." You waited. Ten minutes passed. Then thirty. Then an hour.
Still pending.
This is one of the most frustrating experiences on DM First. You want your money and it is not moving. Let me walk you through why this happens and what to do.
First, Wait 30 Minutes
DM First usually processes withdrawals in 5 to 15 minutes. But sometimes it takes longer. Bank servers get slow. Payment gateways get backed up. System maintenance happens at odd times.
If your withdrawal is pending for under 30 minutes, just wait. Do not panic. Do not submit another withdrawal request. That will only make things worse.
Also check your UPI app or bank statement. Sometimes the money arrives but the DM First app does not update the status immediately.
Reason 1: Bank Server Delay
This is the most common reason for pending withdrawals. Your money left DM First but the bank has not processed the credit yet.
Banks process UPI transfers in batches. During peak hours — evenings and weekends — these batches take longer. Your withdrawal is stuck in the queue.
What to do: Wait 2 to 4 hours. In most cases, the money arrives on its own. If it does not arrive in 24 hours, contact support.
Reason 2: Wrong Beneficiary Details
You added a UPI ID or bank account number during a previous withdrawal. Now you are withdrawing again, and the system is sending money to that same (wrong) account.
Banks reject transactions to invalid accounts. That rejection takes time. During that time, your withdrawal shows "pending."
What to do: Contact DM First support immediately. Explain that the beneficiary details are wrong. They can cancel the pending transaction and refund the amount to your DM First wallet. Then you can withdraw again with correct details.
Reason 3: Withdrawal Amount Too High
DM First has a per-transaction limit and a daily limit. If your withdrawal is above the limit, the system may hold it for manual verification.
Standard limits: minimum ₹110, maximum ₹10,000,000 per transaction. But some accounts have lower limits based on account age, KYC status, and activity.
What to do: If you suspect this, contact support. They will either process the withdrawal or ask for KYC. Read our DM First KYC process page.
Reason 4: KYC Not Complete
If your withdrawal crosses a threshold and you have not completed KYC, the system holds the transaction. It is waiting for you to submit documents.
What to do: Complete your KYC. Once approved, the withdrawal is processed automatically. Read our DM First KYC process page for the full steps.
Reason 5: Multiple Withdrawals at Same Time
You submitted three withdrawals back to back. Now the system is confused. It cannot process all three at once.
What to do: Wait. The system processes one at a time. The first one will complete, then the second, then the third. Do not submit more requests.
Reason 6: Outside Withdrawal Window
DM First processes withdrawals between 00:00 and 23:55. Between 23:55 and 00:00, the system does maintenance. Any withdrawal submitted in that window will be held until the next day.
What to do: Wait for the next day. Your withdrawal will process in the morning.
Reason 7: System Maintenance
Occasionally DM First performs server maintenance. This usually happens at night. During maintenance, withdrawals are held. They process automatically once maintenance is complete.
What to do: Wait. Check the announcements section. Read our DM First announcements page.
Reason 8: Suspicious Activity Flag
If the system detects unusual activity on your account — multiple logins from different locations, a sudden large withdrawal, pattern changes — it may hold the withdrawal for manual review.
This is a safety feature. It protects your money from being withdrawn by someone else.
What to do: Contact support. Explain your situation. They will verify and release the withdrawal. Read our DM First account security page.
