DM First Customer Care Number 2026: Real or Fake? Full Truth
Last updated: 27 September 2026 | Reading time: 7 minutes
You search "DM First customer care number" on Google. You find ten results. Each one shows a different phone number.
Which one is real?
None of them. DM First does not have a phone support number. Every number claiming to be DM First customer care is fake. And calling them could cost you money, your account, or your personal data.
Let me explain.
The Truth About DM First Customer Care
DM First is an online platform. It operates through the app and website. There is no call centre. There is no phone support.
This is not unusual. Most modern gaming platforms avoid phone support because:
It is expensive to run 24x7 phone support across India.
Phone support is easy for scammers to impersonate.
Most issues can be resolved through in-app chat faster than a phone call.
So DM First chose to offer support only through the app and Telegram.
The Real DM First Support Channels
There are exactly two ways to reach DM First support. Anything else is fake.
Channel 1: In-App Customer Service
Open the DM First app. Tap the Account tab. Scroll to Service Center. Tap Customer Service. A chat window opens. Describe your problem. Attach screenshots. Send.
Support replies within 30 minutes usually.
Channel 2: Official Telegram Channel
DM First has an official Telegram channel. Support staff are active there.

Fake support numbers are run by scammers. They trick users in three ways.
Scam 1: Stealing OTP
The scammer says, "I need your OTP to verify your account." You share it. They reset your password. Your account is gone.
Scam 2: Stealing Bank Details
The scammer says, "I will help you withdraw your money. Please share your UPI ID and PIN." You share it. They transfer the money to their own account.
Scam 3: Installing Malware
The scammer says, "Download this app for faster support." You install it. It contains malware that steals your data.
Scam 4: Asking for Payment
The scammer says, "There is a ₹500 processing fee to fix your account." You pay. Nothing happens. They disappear.
Scam 5: Creating Fake APKs
The scammer says, "Install this DM First mod APK for better support." It is malware. Read our DM First hack mod APK page for details.
How to Spot a Fake DM First Support Call
If someone calls you claiming to be DM First support, here are the warning signs.
They know your name. Scammers get your name from leaked databases. This makes them seem legitimate.
They say there is a problem with your account. Real support does not call you about account problems. You contact them.
They ask for OTP. Real support never asks for OTP.
They ask for password. Real support never asks for password.
They ask for UPI details. Real support never asks for bank information.
They ask you to install something. Real support never asks this.
They pressure you. "Your account will be blocked in 10 minutes if you do not act." Real support does not use these tactics.
If any of these happen, hang up. Block the number.
